Blast from the Past

There has been a bit of a lull with my incoming Hamiltons, so I dusted off the binder to show off one of my favorite cards.  The card to the left is a 2001 SP Top Prospects Chirography #JH.  A great example of hard signed, minor league autograph goodness.

I can’t decide if the designer who thought of the little hand icon with the ‘Signature Goes Here’ text is a genius or an idiot.  Feel free to weigh in with your comments.

    Not sure if I would classify him as a genius but I like the idea. Makes the card look a little old school.

  2. It reminds me of those Post It notes that you get when there are a bunch of places you need to sign on a stack of papers.
